·        Board will go into an “Exempt Session” as provided by Iowa Code “Negotiation sessions, strategy meetings of public employers or employee organizations, mediation and the deliberative process of arbitrators shall be exempt from the provisions of Chapter 21 (the open meetings law) (20.17.[3]) and for employees not covered by a bargaining unit as provided under Chapter 20, strategy sessions of the board are exempt from the open meetings law (21.9).

5.             Action Items

·        Approve working out terms of a sharing agreement for superintendent

·        Possibly tender a principal contract

6.             Adjournment
